Hi everyone and thanks for reading today’s blurb. Today I want to talk about someone who has made a big impact on my life, someone who is a big inspiration and who is the Author of the Bikini Body Workouts. That person is the gorgeous Jen Ferruggia.
I wrote a bit of a review on her Bikini Body Workouts a little while back and showed how it helped me lose 40lbs in just under 3 months. I don’t know Jen Ferruggia personally but I feel like I’ve known her for a long time now because she knows how to connect with people through her workouts and her guides.
I decided to do a bit of a Jen Ferruggia review just to show my appreciation for what her Bikini Body Workouts have done for me. If you do not already know Jen is a Fitness/Health Coach/Fitness Model/Athlete and Pro Cook.

Is Jen Ferruggia Guide Any Good?
When I first bought Jens Bikini Body Workout I didn’t really know what to expect. I did some research, read some reviews and thought what the heck, let’s do this. Boy am I so glad I did!
I lost 30lbs of flabby unhealthy fat in just under the 6 weeks. I first started seeing results after the first week and really started noticing big changes after the second week. Here is my before and after pic –
I’m not the only one who has seen fast results like this though, check out all of the before and after pics on her website here. They are very inspiring and I love looking at them for motivation because it really pumps me up.
Jen really knows her stuff and you can tell she does when you watch her videos, they are very well put together. I love following along with the workouts because it feels like she is in the room with me while I’m working out.
The nutrition guide and what Jen Ferruggia explains in her videos has taught me how to make healthier choices – something I’ve always had trouble with. The shopping list and tips she gives makes it so much easier especially being a busy mom.
My fridge and pantry are so much different to what they used to be because now, they are full of healthy foods. BUT I really like is it’s not like other nutrition guides or diets that tell you you can’t eat this and that. You can still enjoy the good stuff or your favorite snacks every now and then.
When people ask me if her workouts where worth the money, I say worth every penny! I would of paid way more than the $39.95 if I knew I was going to get the results I got.
Who Is Jen Ferruggia’s Workouts For?
If you are trying to lose weight, want to get toned, want more energy and want to start living a healthier life then it’s definitely for you. Seriously if I can do it – anyone can.
I’ve tried other workouts and guides but none of them come close to Jens guides. I guess that’s why she is so popular and has sold so many copies!
