After reading about Karine Losier and doing some research on her Metabolic Cooking recipes I decided to give it a shot and buy it for myself. Here is my review…

What is Metabolic Cooking and What’s Included…
Before I go into what I think is good and bad about Karine Losier and her Metabolic Cooking Cookbook set I thought it would be a good idea to put a list together of EVERYTHING that is included so you know. There are some things I didn’t even know after I bought it, so please read on…
Metabolic Cooking is set of 9 cookbooks with 250 quick and easy recipes you can cook to help you burn fat fast. The recipes are full of fat burning foods that are easy to put together for busy people on the go. Some of the recipes include tasty dishes like these below…
We all know that losing weight has a LOT to do with our diet and the foods we eat right? Well these recipes and lists of foods are to help accelerate fat loss and boost your metabolism. Yes, some foods actually accelerate fat loss!
The recipes are also designed so you can find all the ingredients in the supermarkets(all are fairly cheap as well)…

As you can see you do get a LOT for what you pay for…One recipe that I am totally addicted to(mainly because they are so easy and healthy) is the oatmeal apple pancakes..Very easy and taste amazing…Well I think they do anyway. Here is a recipe(hope I don’t get in trouble for posting it, but surely one recipe wont hurt) –

My Metabolic Cooking Review – What I Like!
A few weeks ago I didn’t even know about Metabolic Cooking, I didn’t even know some foods burn fat! After reading and watching the videos I now know a LOT more and understand why some foods burn fat faster than others..
In my opinion, for $47 this is a really good deal and well worth every penny! Everything is well put together and the recipes are very simple to cook. The cooking videos are also very well put together, I really like these because I can follow along with them while watching on my iPad.
What I like most about the metabolic recipes is, they are so so easy…I’m not much of a cook, I’ve never really had time to learn but these recipes are extremely easy and they are delicious! With over 250 recipes I doubt I will ever get bored with them either..
I also like how they show you the dietary information of each recipe as well like how many calories, protein, carbs and fat are in each..The printable daily food logs are very handy also..
I’m not really into buying supplements but the supplements optimizer guide is very handy. It shows what actually works and what to avoid..
Overall I’m really happy with my purchase and in my opinion it’s a godsend that I found it. It’s helped me change my eating habits for the better and I am confident I will continue to eat healthy for a long time(not like fad diets that I’ve tried in the past).
When I was younger my metabolism was fine, I could eat and eat and hardly put weight on but when I hit 25 I packed on the weight and it was like my metabolism slowed down fast…Metabolic Cooking definitely helped boost my metabolism back to what it used to be.
On the home page here, if you scroll to the bottom they have a nice list of FAQ’s, they might have an answer there if you have questions..
My Metabolic Cooking Review – What I Dislike!
One thing that people might not like about this and it could be both good or bad, but the amount of information in the Metabolic Cooking Cookbook Set is a LOT and is a little overwhelming! There is over 20 eBooks…..
Some of the videos take a little while to download – no biggie but if you have a slow internet connection it might be a pain to download them all.
Another thing I found a little frustrating is most of the meal recommendations include red meat or chicken. I love chicken but I’m not a big meat eater. So some of the meals and recipes are not much good to me. What I do though is try and replace it with something else or try the ingredients with chicken lol…Some actually work out really good 😉
Overall Experience And Conclusion
As you can see, my metabolic cooking review is pretty positive. That’s because in my opinion it’s working really well for me. If you haven’t already done so and if you’re thinking about buying the Metabolic Cooking set have a good read of the home page of the website to see if it suits your needs.
I’ve been using the recipes along with the Bikini Body Guide by Jen Ferruggia and my results have been amazing. I’ve lost so much weight and I feel great. I no longer worry about the scales I just look in the mirror each morning and smile 🙂
