We all want toned trimmed thighs so we look great in a bikini. After buying the My Bikini Butt workout by Adrea Albright I’ve definitely toned my tush and trimmed some fat from my thighs.
Here is a video by Andrea showing you how to trim your thighs without having to go to the gym(EVER). These are some good tips that I learnt from Andrea’s My Bikini Butt program.

To get those thin thighs you need to focus on the front and the back of your legs. In the video she shows you how to work those quadriceps and hamstrings without using any gym equipment at all.
She starts with Power Lunges, you may of done lunges before but what about POWER LUNGES? These really burn but you can tell they are doing wonders for your thighs.
Then she goes straight into switching hop lunges. These are a little tricky the first time but you do get used to them after 2 or three goes.
After them its time for alternating lunge to knee raises. Again you can really feel the burn with in your hamstrings and quads.
Andrea does these one after the other performing 3 sets in a row. I suggest having a small rest in between sets but if you’re really keen and want the results go hard 😉
I have to say though the background music is a little retro lol but I think its funky. Enjoy the video everyone and I hope if you add these thigh trimming exercises into your routine they give that burn we all crave for..
